The difference between a laundry service you keep and one you cancel is almost always the fold. A sloppy return means you refold everything, which defeats the point of paying for the service. We fold to a repeatable standard, group like items together, and keep sets together. If you have a preference, tell us once and it stays on your account instead of needing a reminder every order.
Delivery runs on the same route days as pickup, which is what makes the timing dependable. Downtown and Midtown addresses, South Reno neighborhoods, Northwest Reno, the North Valleys, and the Sparks side including Spanish Springs and the Marina area are all on regular route days. Rather than guessing, we tell you your day when you sign up and we hold to it.
A large share of Reno renters live in buildings with a package room, a leasing office, or a controlled entry. We deliver to whichever of those you prefer instead of insisting on a door handoff. For controlled access buildings we keep the gate code or call box instruction on your account so a delivery never fails because nobody answered a buzzer.
Occasionally something goes wrong. A garment bleeds, a seam gives out, an item does not make it back in the right bag. Our policy is to tell you before you find it yourself, explain what happened, and work it out. We would rather flag a problem and keep the account than quietly return a ruined shirt and hope you do not notice.
