How Pickup Day Actually Works

You choose a pickup day when you sign up. On that day you set your bag out by a time you pick, usually in the morning. Our driver collects it, you get a confirmation, and your laundry goes into the queue. Nobody needs to be home and nobody needs to buzz anyone in. If you live in an apartment building with a package room or a leasing desk, we can use that instead of your unit door. If you live in a gated community in South Reno or Somersett, we just need the gate code or a call box name on file.
