Same day works best when you reach us early in the morning on a weekday and the order is a normal household size. It gets harder late in the day, on weekends, around holidays, and when the order includes items that need air drying or hand treatment. Bedding and comforters in particular cannot be rushed safely, because forcing them dry is how they get damaged. We will tell you which parts of your order can move fast and which cannot.
Commercial rush is usually an inventory problem rather than a laundry problem. A short term rental in Midtown has back to back bookings, or a salon burns through towels on an unexpectedly busy Saturday. We can often absorb that once, but the real fix is carrying enough inventory that a busy day does not become an emergency. We will help you size that so you stop paying for rush.
