It does not mean nothing ever goes wrong, because vehicles break, weather closes roads, and holidays shift routes. What it means is that when something does go wrong, you find out from us first and you get a real answer about the new timeline.

What we commit to is advance notice when a weather event is forecast to affect your route day, and a specific revised timeline rather than a vague apology. Businesses that hold an adequate inventory buffer absorb these events without any operational impact at all, which is part of why we push the two-to-three-times guidance so hard.
Plenty of vendors are excellent for the first month. The failure mode is drift, where folding gets sloppier, sorting gets looser, and return times slip by a few hours and then a day. Items occasionally get damaged, stained beyond recovery, or misplaced. Our approach is to flag it proactively rather than let you discover it, explain what happened, and resolve it. We will also tell you honestly when something is not recoverable, whether that is a permanently color-stained towel, a scorched linen, or a garment that failed at a seam, rather than returning it quietly and letting you find it during service.
